Dear Mr. Chase:

Thank you very much for the SHAKESPEARE set which you sent me.

You have good reason to be proud of these books. I think it is the most beautiful publishing job I have ever seen in paperback. I must mention the artist’s work on the covers, which is superb.

I have glanced through the copy and I find the handling of the footnote “translations” is excellent. I am happy to have these books, and I know that I will be able to read Shakespeare in English now.
